• Off the Paper Communication: Talking out one’s message to the receiver is the most effective way to communicate as it minimize the chances of occurrence of any physical communication barriers. Off the paper communication incorporates face-to-face talks, video conferencing, meetings and presentations. While carrying an off the paper conversation, one should be confident and should stick to the agenda and should not talk vaguely. One’s body language makes such business conversations more effective. Frequent eye contact should also be made. Speaking announcements also contribute as a major part of business communication. In such communications, tone of voice and choice of words should be paid much needed attention. It should be kept free from all type of fears, complexes and anxieties.
